DVJ Insights is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to strengthen and professionalize its internal IT infrastructure in an international, fast-growing setting. You will ensure a secure, reliable environment and enable colleagues to work efficiently with minimal disruption.

Join a young, ambitious team and collaborate with HalloIT while gradually increasing internal ownership of IT landscapes. The role offers hybrid work from Utrecht and opportunities to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in internal IT operations, workplace tech and user support.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience with security, backup, continuity and operational IT processes.
• Experience working with external IT suppliers and service providers; strong documentation and process improvement.
• Experience translating operational needs into practical IT solutions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of ownership, reliability and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and professionalize internal IT foundation and continuity processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, workplace technology and user support.
• Collaborate with HalloIT and other suppliers to improve processes and ownership.
• Create and maintain documentation of systems, configurations and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance and continuity of internal applications and tools.
• Act as central contact for operational IT suppliers and drive improvements.
