Job summary

Valtech is seeking an Associate IT Engineer, Operations to join our Utrecht team. You will handle first and second line IT support, manage workstations and servers, and administer our internal IT infrastructure across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You will have the opportunity to implement new tools and contribute to a global, diverse environment. The role requires a bachelor’s in IT and 0–2 years of relevant experience, with English proficiency and Dutch language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or related IT discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Experience with Office 365, VMware and AD is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day first and second line IT support for internal cases.
• Manage workstations, servers and internal web-based tools.
• Administer and develop internal IT infrastructure across Windows, macOS and Linux.
