Job summary

DVJ Insights is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to strengthen and professionalize its internal IT foundation. You will help ensure a stable, secure and well-organized IT environment that enables colleagues to work efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Working with HalloIT and other partners, you will improve continuity, documentation and day‑to‑day IT operations, while gradually increasing internal ownership and reducing external dependency across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in internal IT operations, workplace tech and user support.
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem and Azure services.
• Experience with security, backup, continuity and IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen security, backup, access management and continuity processes.
• Support day-to-day IT operations, onboarding, offboarding and user support.
• Collaborate with HalloIT and suppliers to improve processes and ownership.
• Create and maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance and issue resolution for internal apps and tools.
• Be central contact for operational IT suppliers and improvement initiatives.
• Translate operational needs into practical IT improvements.

What will you do as an IT Operations Specialist?

As an IT Operations Specialist, you play a key role in strengthening and professionalizing DVJ's internal IT foundation.

As DVJ continues to grow and increasingly relies on technology, data and digital collaboration, the importance of a stable, secure and well-organized IT environment continues to increase. Your role is to help ensure that colleagues can work efficiently, securely and without unnecessary disruption.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as HalloIT to improve continuity, security, documentation and day-to-day IT operations. At the same time, you help DVJ gradually increase internal ownership of its IT landscape and reduce dependency on external parties.

You will join a young, ambitious and highly talented team that is building the next generation of DVJ’s data and technology capabilities. While others focus on data platforms, software engineering and innovation, you ensure that the underlying IT environment remains reliable, secure and scalable.

Specifically, you will:

• Help strengthen DVJ's security, backup, access management and continuity processes
• Support and improve day-to-day IT operations, including onboarding, offboarding, workplace technology and user support
• Work closely with HalloIT and other suppliers to improve processes, documentation and operational ownership
• Create and maintain documentation of systems, applications, configurations and operational procedures
• Coordinate maintenance, issue resolution and continuity of selected internal applications and business-critical tools
• Act as a central point of contact for operational IT suppliers and help coordinate support and improvement initiatives
• Support colleagues with a pragmatic and service-oriented mindset and help translate operational needs into practical IT improvements
