Landal GreenParks is seeking a Field Services Specialist to deliver hands-on IT support across all parks and offices. You will perform installations, upgrades, and project support, ensuring minimal downtime and a consistent end-user experience.

Expect regular travel, strong hardware and network knowledge, and a focus on asset management and IT security. This hybrid role offers flexible hours and benefits to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in IT field support or technical services.
• Strong hardware, networking, and OS knowledge (Windows, macOS, mobile).
• Experience with incident/service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under time constraints.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and hardware vendors.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and CMDB practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to parks and offices, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform system health checks, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades during visits.
• Deploy and configure IT infrastructure and end-user devices (POS, PCs, printers, network gear).
• Escalate and resolve incidents or service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in IT projects by setting up, testing, and validating equipment on-site.
