Job summary

Landal zoekt Field Services Specialist die hands-on technische ondersteuning, onderhoud en troubleshooting biedt voor IT-systemen en hardware op alle parken en kantoren. Qualifications

• 5-7 jaar ervaring in IT-veldondersteuning of technische dienstverlening.
• Sterke kennis van hardware, netwerken en besturingssystemen (Windows, macOS, mobiel).
• Ervaring met incident- en service-managementtools zoals ServiceNow, Jira.
• Probleemoplossend vermogen onder tijdsdruk.
• Ervaring met derde partijen en hardwareleveranciers.
• Bereidheid om frequent te reizen en zelfstandig op meerdere locaties te werken.
• Ervaring in hospitality of leisure is een pré.

Responsibilities

• On-site en remote technische ondersteuning aan parken en kantoren.
• Uitvoeren van systeemgezondheidschecks, preventief onderhoud en upgrades.
• Ondersteunen bij installatie en configuratie van IT-infrastructuur en eindgebruikersapparaten.
• Voortdurende escalatie en afhandeling van incidenten of serviceverzoeken binnen het team.
• Bijdragen aan IT-projecten en ter plaatse testen en valideren.
• Documenteren van alle support-activiteiten en wijzigingen per locatie.
• Coördineren met leveranciers voor reparaties en leveringen van IT-assets.
• Zorgen voor naleving van IT-veiligheids- en operationele normen.
• Deelnemen aan audits en asset-managementprocessen voor inventaris en lifecycle.

Bij Landal ben je als Field Services Specialist verantwoordelijk voor hands-on technische ondersteuning, onderhoud en troubleshooting van IT-systemen en hardware op alle parken en kantoren. Je zorgt voor minimale downtime, optimale prestaties van apparatuur en een consistente eindgebruikerservaring door zowel remote als on-site ondersteuning te bieden. Dit omvat ook geplande bezoeken aan parken en kantoren voor installaties, upgrades en projectondersteuning wanneer nodig.

Over de baan

The Field Services Specialist is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems and hardware across all parks and offices. The role ensures minimal downtime, optimal equipment performance, and a consistent end-user experience by supporting both remote and on-site operations. This includes scheduled visits to parks and offices for installations, upgrades, and project support when required.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to park and office teams, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular visits to parks and offices to perform system health checks, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
• Support deployment and configuration of IT infrastructure and end-user devices, such as POS systems, PCs, printers, and network equipment.
• As part of the Service Delivery team, ensure timely escalation and resolution of incidents or service requests.
• Assist in IT projects by setting up, testing, and validating equipment and system functionality on-site.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities, installations, and configuration changes for each park and office.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for repairs, replacements, and timely delivery of IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and operational standards during all on-site and remote interventions.
• Participate in audits and asset management reviews to ensure accurate inventory and lifecycle tracking of IT equipment across all parks and offices.
• Support and track asset management processes, including procurement, allocation, maintenance, and retirement.
• Provide feedback to improve field processes, tools, and end-user experience based on findings from park and office visits.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to optimize IT service delivery and on-site support efficiency.

Wie je bent

• 5-7 years of experience in IT field support or technical services, preferably within a multi-site or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Experience using incident and service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under time constraints.
• Experience managing third‑party service providers and hardware vendors.
• Familiarity with IT asset management and CMDB practices.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently across all parks and offices.
• Industry experience in hospitality or leisure is an advantage.
