Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks an IT Demand Manager to own and continuously improve the demand management process across our Enterprise Systems organization. You will ensure new initiatives are captured, governed and routed efficiently while enabling informed decision-making without owning business priorities.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, Team Leads and ERP/Delivery teams to govern processes, drive transparency, and enhance portfolio data in Jira.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
• Experience with Jira (or comparable portfolio management tools) and governance processes to support planning and delivery.
• Ability to bring structure to complex processes and navigate governance with confidence.
• Strong collaboration across business and IT, focusing on process improvement rather than owning business priorities or technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process, ensuring requests are captured, governed and progressed consistently.
• Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle, review requests for completeness, guide stakeholders through governance, maintain high-quality portfolio data in Jira.
• Facilitate governance and decision-making by organizing demand review meetings, preparing materials, documenting outcomes and tracking actions.
• Provide portfolio transparency via dashboards, KPI reporting and demand pipeline insights to identify trends and risks.
• Drive process and tooling improvements to create a scalable, user-friendly demand management framework.
