Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks an IT Demand Manager to own and continuously improve the demand management process across our Enterprise Systems organization. You will ensure new initiatives are captured, governed and routed efficiently while enabling informed decision-making without owning business priorities.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, Team Leads and ERP/Delivery teams to govern processes, drive transparency, and enhance portfolio data in Jira.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
• Experience with Jira (or comparable portfolio management tools) and governance processes to support planning and delivery.
• Ability to bring structure to complex processes and navigate governance with confidence.
• Strong collaboration across business and IT, focusing on process improvement rather than owning business priorities or technical solutions.

About the role:

Join us in shaping how business demand flows through our Enterprise Systems organization. As ourIT Demand Manager, you'll own and continuously improve the demand management process, ensuring new initiatives are captured, governed and routed efficiently while bringing greater transparency and consistency across our technology portfolio.

Working with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, you'll become the central process expert who enables effective governance and supports informed decision‑making - without owning business priorities or solution design.

About your tasks:

• Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process, ensuring requests are captured, governed and progressed consistently across your assigned Enterprise Systems domain.
• Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle, reviewing incoming requests for completeness, guiding stakeholders through governance, and maintaining high-quality portfolio data inJira.
• Facilitate governance and decision‑making by organizing demand review meetings, preparing decision materials, documenting outcomes and ensuring actions are followed through-while never owning the business decisions themselves.
• Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards, KPI reporting and demand pipeline insights, helping leadership identify trends, bottlenecks and planning risks.
• Drive process and tooling improvements, enhancing workflows, templates and governance standards to create an efficient, scalable and user‑friendly demand management framework.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring5+ years of experience inDemand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
• You have experience working withJira (or comparable portfolio management tools) and understand how governance processes support effective planning and delivery.
• You enjoy bringing structure to complex processes, challenging incomplete requests constructively and ensuring stakeholders can navigate governance with confidence.
• You value collaboration across business and IT, and you're motivated by improving processes rather than owning business priorities or technical solutions.
