Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum is seeking a Senior Demand Process Manager to own and continuously improve the demand management process across our Enterprise Systems. You will align governance and ensure consistent handling of requests, while guiding stakeholders with clear portfolio data.

Join us to provide transparency through dashboards and KPI reporting, coordinating with Business Owners, ERP Consultants, and Delivery teams to drive scalable improvements in processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management.
• Experience with Jira or similar portfolio tools.
• Ability to structure complex processes and guide governance.
• Collaborates across business and IT; not responsible for business priorities or solutions.

About the role:

Join us in shaping how business demand flows through our Enterprise Systems organization. As our Senior Demand Process Manager, you'll own and continuously improve the demand management process, ensuring new initiatives are captured, governed and routed efficiently while bringing greater transparency and consistency across our technology portfolio.

Working with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, and QA teams, you'll become the central process expert who enables effective governance and supports informed decision-making - without owning business priorities or solution design.

About your tasks:

• Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process, ensuring requests are captured, governed and progressed consistently across your assigned Enterprise Systems domain.
• Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle, reviewing incoming requests for completeness, guiding stakeholders through governance, and maintaining high-quality portfolio data in Jira.
• Facilitate governance and decision-making by organizing demand review meetings, preparing decision materials, documenting outcomes and ensuring actions are followed through—while never owning the business decisions themselves.
• Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards, KPI reporting and demand pipeline insights, helping leadership identify trends, bottlenecks and planning risks.
• Drive process and tooling improvements, enhancing workflows, templates and governance standards to create an efficient, scalable and user-friendly demand management framework.

About you:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
• You have experience working with Jira (or comparable portfolio management tools) and understand how governance processes support effective planning and delivery.
• You enjoy bringing structure to complex processes, challenging incomplete requests constructively and ensuring stakeholders can navigate governance with confidence.
• You value collaboration across business and IT, and you're motivated by improving processes rather than owning business priorities or technical solutions.
