Carrier Global Corporation seeks an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager for the Global Containers division, based in Rotterdam. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, drive digital transformation, and lead e-commerce projects to improve online customer journeys.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Aftermarket, Customer Service, Operations and IT to gather requirements, shape technology roadmaps, and deliver solutions that enhance performance and customer experience across our

Formación

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 5 years IT project management experience, agile preferred.
Minimum 5 years hands-on Salesforce experience.
Minimum 5 years with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce Commerce solutions.
Minimum 2 years experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JDE, BAAN), PIM, PLM, Power BI, and related digital platforms.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with tech and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Build relationships across the organization and understand business priorities and processes.
Translate business requirements into actionable IT initiatives and technology roadmaps.
Represent business needs within IT governance, planning, and development forums.
Evaluate business cases, risks, costs, and benefits.
Contribute to prioritization of projects and digital investments.
Lead and coordinate IT projects involving internal and external resources.
Oversee system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and change initiatives.
Monitor project progress and support issue resolution.
Facilitate UAT and deployment activities.
Drive continuous improvement of business processes and systems.
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive initiatives to enhance online sales, customer engagement, and digital capabilities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize website functionality and user experience.
Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and content are maintained accurately.
Identify opportunities to improve digital customer journeys and conversion rates.
Monitor e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Support SEO, SEM, and broader digital marketing initiatives.
Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.
Develop KPI dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
