Carrier Global Corporation, based in Rotterdam, seeks an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to bridge business and IT across Sales, Marketing, Aftermarket, Customer Service and Operations. You will drive digital transformation, manage critical applications, and evolve our e-commerce ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience, preferably in Agile.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce Commerce solutions.
• Minimum 2 years experience with AI technologies and applications.
• Experience with ERP, PIM, PLM, Power BI and related digital platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Lead IT projects involving internal and external resources.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize website functionality and user experience.
• Support KPI dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
