NH Hotels & Resorts zoekt een Housekeeping Quality Management Intern in Amsterdam. Je ondersteunt dagelijkse werkzaamheden en kwaliteitscontroles van de Housekeeping-afdeling en levert consequent hoge normen.

Je leert hoe kwaliteitsnormen worden gehandhaafd en verbeterd, werkt samen met collega’s en gasten om een naadloze beleving te creëren en draagt bij aan voorraadbeheer en planning.

Qualifications

• Je beheerst Engels.
• Stage vereist bij een onderwijsinstelling.
• Bereidheid tot werken in een internationale hospitality-omgeving.

Responsabilités

• Ondersteunen van dagelijkse operaties en kwaliteitscontroles van de housekeeping-afdeling.
• Assisteren bij het leveren van consistente hoge normen.
• Zorgen dat kamers en publieke ruimtes netjes gepresenteerd en voorbereid zijn.
• Contact maken met gasten en samenwerken met collega's aan een naadloze beleving.
• Ondersteunen van voorraadbeheer en dagelijkse activiteiten organiseren.
• Leren hoe kwaliteitsstandaarden worden gehandhaafd en verbeterd.

• Support the daily operations and quality checks of the Housekeeping Department.
• Assist the Housekeeping team in delivering consistently high standards.

• Support stock management and the smooth organisation of daily activities.
