Job summary

NH Collection in Eindhoven is seeking a Front Office Intern to join our hospitality team. You will gain hands-on experience with check-ins/outs, guest communication, and daily front office operations, helping create exceptional guest experiences in a warm, international environment.

Available to start in September, you will be an enthusiastic, guest-focused team member with a passion for delivering outstanding service and learning in our global hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the key ambassadors of our hotel, creating a warm and welcoming first impression for every guest. You will gain hands-on experience with check-ins and check-outs, guest communication, and daily Front Office operations. Working alongside a passionate team, you will develop valuable hospitality skills while delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
