Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Intern in Amsterdam. You will be a key guest-facing representative, assisting with check-in/out, information provision, and everyday hotel operations while learning upselling techniques.

The role requires you to be a student and available from September 2026, with excellent English. Dutch language is a plus, and you will work to maintain a high standard of guest service in a welcoming, collaborative environment at Minor Hotels.

Your Role at a Glance

As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere, so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
