Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in The Hague invites a Front Office Intern to join our team. You will support guest services, handle check-in/out duties and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.

As a student, you will learn upselling techniques, respond to guest inquiries, and help maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere. English fluency is essential, Dutch is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

Your Role at a Glance

As a Front Office Intern, you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere, so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
