Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Eindhoven is seeking a Front Office Intern to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs after completing structured training, and handle essential front desk tasks.

You will engage with guests, offer recommendations, and grow skills in upselling and handling feedback with professionalism, while embracing an inclusive, international environment.

Qualifications

• You are available to start in July/August for a minimum period of five months.

Your Role at a Glance

As aFront Office Intern, you are one of the key representatives of the hotel and play an important role in creating a memorable guest experience. After a structured training period, you will independently handle check-ins and check-outs, while managing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth Front Office operations.

You will maintain close contact with guests, answer their questions, and provide helpful recommendations to enhance their stay. In addition, you will develop valuable skills in areas such as upselling and handling guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
