NH Hotels & Resorts in Noordwijkerhout invites you to join our Front Office team as an Internship. After structured training, you will assist with guest check-ins and check-outs and support daily front desk operations.

You will communicate with international guests, offer recommendations to enhance their stay, and develop early skills in guest relations and upselling. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Available to start in July/August for minimum period of five months.

Your Role at a Glance

As aFront Office Intern, you are one of the key representatives of the hotel and play an important role in creating a memorable guest experience. After a structured training period, you will independently handle check-ins and check-outs, while managing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth Front Office operations.

You will maintain close contact with guests, answer their questions, and provide helpful recommendations to enhance their stay. In addition, you will develop valuable skills in areas such as upselling and handling guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
