Your Role at a Glance
- Support the daily operation of the hotel across multiple departments.
- Assist with guest relations and help handle guest feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance teams to ensure a smooth operation.
- Conduct operational checks and support quality and brand standards throughout the hotel.
- Assist with VIP arrivals and ensure special requests are handled with care.
- Support reporting, administrative tasks, and operational follow‑up.
- Contribute to hotel projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help create memorable guest experiences by delivering excellent hospitality and service.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- You are available for a minimum of 4 months, 5 days per week, including weekends.
- You are available to start your internship in late September or early October 2026.
- You have strong communication and guest service skills.
- You are proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented.
- You enjoy working with different teams and departments.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure.
- You have a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- You are able to provide a school internship agreement.
