Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in the Netherlands invites applications for a Duty Management Intern position. You will rotate through departments and, after training, act as Manager on Duty, supporting guests and hotel operations while developing leadership and problem-solving skills.

You must be actively enrolled in an educational program and have excellent Dutch and English. A monthly internship allowance of €750 gross is provided, plus staff discounts and international career opportunities.

Your Role at a Glance

As a DutyManagement Intern, you will discover every aspect of hotel operations by gaining experience across different departments. After your training, you will independently take on the role of Manager on Duty, becoming a key point of contact for guests and supporting the hotel wherever needed. This internship will quickly develop your leadership, problem-solving, and hotel management skills, preparing you for your future career in hospitality.
