Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace is offering an Internship Duty Management in Amsterdam. You’ll rotate through departments, learn operations and, after training, serve as Manager on Duty to guests and teams, developing leadership and problem-solving skills in hospitality.

You’ll be enrolled in an educational program, with Dutch and English required, and benefit from a monthly €750 gross internship allowance plus training and staff discounts.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

As a DutyManagement Intern, you will discover every aspect of hotel operations by gaining experience across different departments. After your training, you will independently take on the role of Manager on Duty, becoming a key point of contact for guests and supporting the hotel wherever needed. This internship will quickly develop your leadership, problem-solving, and hotel management skills, preparing you for your future career in hospitality.
