Job summary

Start People is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to manage spare parts orders, quotations and customer requests for international markets. You will liaise with customers, internal departments, Supply Chain and external parties to ensure timely handling and documentation.

The role requires independence, proactivity and structured work habits, with the ability to switch between tasks and priorities as needed.

Qualifications

• At least MBO+ level education.
• English on C1 level (written and spoken).
• Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
• Structured and organized approach to work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Genuine team-player mentality.
• Affinity with technology and/or logistics processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on spare parts orders and quotations.
• Handle and actively follow up on emails and customer requests.
• Maintain contact with international customers and agents.
• Monitor outstanding actions and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments and Supply Chain.
• Follow up on customs-related matters and required documentation.
• Process information in SAP S/4HANA.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Arrange travel arrangements for service employees.
