Job summary

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support recruitment, wages, personnel administration and internal communication within a vibrant hotel setting.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, assist with benefits and regulations, and help create a positive, inclusive workplace. Dutch and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality or HR study.
• Available for minimum of five months.
• Very communicative in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on, pro-active and enthusiastic.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or enrolled in Dutch institution).

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, selection, wages, salaries, personnel administration, internal communication, benefits, laws, regulations and Hyatt standards.
• Serve as first point of contact for colleagues and provide support across HR tasks.
