Zusammenfassung

Octagon Professionals International is seeking an HR Officer to support HR operations, international mobility and client services from The Hague. You will handle onboarding to offboarding, draft contracts, manage employee data changes and GDPR-compliant administration.

You will support visa applications, 30% ruling and immigration matters, and provide day-to-day HR support to clients and offices in Europe. A collaborative, international team environment is offered.

Qualifikationen

• For HR administration and lifecycle support, with up to 3 years’ experience.
• Interest in employment law and lifecycle processes is preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Draft and issue employment contracts and documents.
• Process changes to employee data and HR transactions.
• Maintain HR files in line with GDPR and policy.
• Assist with visa, 30% ruling and immigration administration.
• Provide HR support to clients and international offices.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
