Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Zoeterwoude is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to support equipment sales and service growth across the Netherlands. You will be the primary contact for customers, distributors and internal stakeholders, handling enquiries from initial contact through to order completion.

Working with external sales, service teams and operations, you will manage quotations, pursue opportunities, and coordinate requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, or commercial support is required.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries relating to equipment, service, and spare parts.
• Prepare and follow up quotations to maximize conversion rates.
• Support the complete sales process from enquiry to order receipt.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional sales and service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Support external sales colleagues with commercial and administrative activities.
