Job summary

adidas is seeking an Intern Marketing Analytics to join the Sales Planning & Analytics team at our Amsterdam headquarters. You will help drive insights, reporting, and strategic execution for adidas’ eCom ecosystem while collaborating with Media Activation & CRM teams in a global context.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in analytics, data engineering, and digital marketing, developing skills in SQL, Python, dashboards, and stakeholder communication during a 6-month internship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Studying in business or numerical field (e.g., Marketing, CS, Mathematics).
• Available for 01/02/2027 – 31/07/2027; English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Support insights and identify opportunities around marketing channel performance.
• Assist with generation of marketing channel forecasting.
• Help maintain or improve self-service analytics solutions.
• Develop LLM-powered AI solutions for BI and productivity.
• Gain hands-on exposure to Analytics, Data Engineering and Digital Marketing teams.

YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE

As an Intern Marketing Analytics, you will be part of the Sales Planning & Analytics team, a group that plays a key role within adidas by driving business insights, reporting and execution steering for the wider eCom community. Your sub-team works closely with Media Activation & CRM teams and is involved in Digital Marketing Optimization, contributing directly to adidas’ overall success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO & LEARN

• Supporting the preparation of insights & identifying opportunities around marketing channel performance.
• Assisting with generation of marketing channel forecasting.
• Helping maintain or improve self-service solutions in this domain.
• Developing LLM-powered AI solutions for business intelligence or productivity enhancements in a real business context.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to Analytics, Data Engineering and Digital Marketing teams.
• Develop skills such as data analysis, coding (SQL, Python), dashboarding, presentation, project planning and communication skills.
• Build confidence working in an international team.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

• Enrolled as a fulltime student for the entire duration of the internship
• Studying in a business (Marketing, Business, etc.) or numerical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
• Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027
• Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
• Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback
• Interest in data analysis, digital marketing and AI applications
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a must, knowledge of Power BI, adobe analytics, amplitude, appsflyer is a plus
• Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle
