Job summary

adidas in Amsterdam offers a Global Human Resources Internship to learn how a global sports brand runs its people operations. You'll support HR Business Partners, participate in projects, and gain experience in onboarding, data management, and communications.

This 6-month internship runs Feb 1 to Jul 31, 2027, with 39 hours per week in a hybrid setup at Hoogoorddreef 9A. Fluent English, strong communication, and a passion for sport are essential.

YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE

As a Global Human Resources Intern, you will be part of the Amsterdam HR Team, a group that plays a key role within adidas by support our people eco system around moments that matter- delivering value at every touchpoint and providing HR service and support to defined business area. The team works closely with the Talent, Rewards and Works Council teams, and is involved in various projects and activities contributing directly to adidas’ overall success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO & LEARN

• Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day operations (e.g., onboarding, data management, scheduling, sick leave management)
• Observe and support collaboration with our Works Council
• Assist in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives
• Help create and distribute engaging internal communications to employees
• Coordinate and support office events and engagement activities
• Research HR best practices and trends to support continuous improvement
• Provide general support to the HR team in daily operations and projects.
