Job summary

adidas Amsterdam is seeking an Intern Business Enablement in EU Supply Chain to join the Europe Supply Chain Strategy & Enablement team. You will connect strategy with execution, support leadership updates, and contribute to transformation topics.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to supply chain strategy, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with teams in Finance, Technology and Sustainability. The program emphasizes learning, mentorship and international teamwork.

YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE

As an Intern Business Enablement, EU Supply Chain, you will be part of the Europe Supply Chain Strategy & Enablement team, a group that plays a key role within adidas by connecting strategy with execution, creating transparency across priorities, and enabling effective leadership decision-making. The team works closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, Sustainability and other cross-functional partners and is involved in strategic planning, transformation initiatives, digital enablement and continuous improvement, contributing directly to adidas’ overall success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO & LEARN

• Assist with research, analysis and consolidation of inputs for Europe Supply Chain strategic priorities and transformation topics
• Support the preparation of clear and engaging presentations, meeting materials and leadership updates
• Help maintain and improve project trackers, portfolio overviews, action logs and recurring business updates
• Gain hands‑on exposure to supply chain strategy, business enablement, technology demand planning and cross‑functional ways of working
• Develop skills such as structured problem‑solving, data analysis, storytelling, stakeholder communication and project coordination
• Build confidence working in an international team
• Contribute fresh ideas to selected topics such as AI adoption, sustainability compliance, process simplification and operational excellence

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

• Enrolled as a fulltime student for the entire duration of the internship
• Studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Technology Management or a related field
• Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027
• Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
• Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback
• Interest in supply chain, strategy, transformation, AI, sustainability and the sports industry
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Copilot or other analytical tools is a plus
• Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle

• Working hours: 39 hours per week (full-time)
