Job summary

Netherlands Red Cross is seeking an Interim Implementation and Process Coordinator for the Partnership Unit in The Hague. The role supports the Unit Lead during the rollout of a new organizational structure, focusing on structured processes, clear communication, and risk management.

You will monitor planning, dependencies, and decisions, coordinate actions across management, HR and colleagues, and document lessons learned for the new organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementation, change or reorganization processes.
• Experience with process coordination, planning and follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to identify and document process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management.
• The ability to work independently while building trust, alignment and engagement across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation process by monitoring the planning, phasing, milestones, dependencies and key decision moments.
• Monitor progress, risks, bottlenecks, capacity issues and workload concerns, and advise the Unit Lead on follow-up where needed.
• Coordinate implementation activities between management, HR and involved colleagues, including tracking agreements, action points and go/no-go moments.
• Support clear communication, employee engagement and feedback moments throughout the implementation period.
• Document existing process bottlenecks, lessons learned, role clarifications and improvement opportunities so these can be handed over to the new organization.
