Are you strong in creating structure, keeping complex processes on track and supporting clear communication during organizational change? The Partnership Unit is looking for a temporary Implementation and Process Coordinator to support the Unit Lead during the implementation of the new organizational structure. In this role, you will monitor planning, risks, decisions and follow-up, support communication and employee engagement, and document lessons and process improvements for the new organization.
You will work in the Partnership Unit within the International Assistance division of the Netherlands Red Cross. The Partnership Unit is entering an important transition phase. In 2026, a new organizational structure was developed, to be implemented from 1 January 2027. The coming period will focus on careful implementation, continuity of services to partner countries, clear communication, employee engagement and a well-managed change process.
You will report to the Unit Lead Partnership Unit and work closely with management, HR and colleagues involved in the implementation process. The role is temporary and focused on supporting a structured, transparent and predictable implementation process.
In this role, you act as a process coordinator and advisor to the Unit Lead. You help ensure that the implementation process is well structured, transparent and predictable. Your core tasks are to:
This role does not include line management responsibilities, personnel decisions, determining the final organizational design, developing alternative organizational scenarios, representing specific function groups or interests, or replacing the Unit Lead, PSC, PDC or RR roles.

The salary for this position falls within scale 10 as mentioned in the collective agreement, depending on experience, minimum of € 3.681,06 and a maximum of € 4.962,01 gross per month on the basis of full‑time employment. A fixed‑term contract for the period September 2026 to June 2027.
Our office is in the Hague, walking distance from the Laan van NOI station. Like everyone else, you work activity based, partly from home and partly from the office. We regularly meet colleagues on the work floor but also online via Teams to discuss cross functional topics and to stay connected to each other and our networks.
