We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our recruitment pipeline, shape candidate experiences, and help optimize our people processes in a fast-growing, international environment.

You’ll play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent across both business and support functions. This is a hands-on role with plenty of space to bring your ideas to life. From improving employer branding to building a strong internship program, you’ll also leverage technology and AI tools to make recruitment processes smarter, faster, and more effective.

What you’ll do

• Own and continuously improve the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey
• Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements, competencies, and interview criteria
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, feedback, and offer process
• Use technology and AI-driven solutions to optimize sourcing, candidate screening, and process efficiency
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• Build and expand our internship program and campus recruitment initiatives
• Provide advice and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
• Contribute to People & Culture projects that enhance our employee experience

What you’ll bring

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a start-up, scale-up, or fast-paced international setting
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Proven ability to manage projects independently, from planning through execution
• Familiarity with recruitment technology and openness to using AI tools for efficiency and innovation
• A hands-on, proactive approach and comfort in a dynamic environment
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a positive mindset
• Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not strictly required)
