Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading professional teams through development and change.
• Background in team development and organizational transformation.
• Experience managing technical, engineering, consulting, or advisory professionals.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve processes and workload allocation.
• Experience breaking down silos and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; ZZP registered in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical consultants and provide day-to-day people management and operational oversight.
• Assess current work processes, workflows, and team structures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Improve resource allocation and workload distribution across the team.
• Drive greater collaboration between consultants and encourage cross-functional support.
• Strengthen knowledge-sharing practices and reduce dependency on individual expertise.
• Promote consistency in methodologies, processes, and team agreements.
• Establish clear expectations regarding responsibilities, performance, and ways of working.
• Foster open communication, constructive feedback, and a culture of accountability.
• Support employees through organizational and operational change initiatives.
• Build engagement and alignment around team objectives and continuous improvement activities.
