Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager / Scrum Master with a strong development background for an interim three-month engagement based in the Netherlands. You will lead an established CRM engineering team, remove blockers, and ensure day-to-day delivery continues smoothly while collaborating with product owners and distributed teams.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, agile facilitation, and rapid onboarding to deliver momentum.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leadership roles such as Engineering Manager or Scrum Master.
Strong hands-on software development background to engage with engineers.
Proven experience running Scrum, agile ceremonies, backlog management, and team coaching.
Experience joining established teams quickly and maintaining delivery momentum.

Responsibilities

Facilitate CRM team’s Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain delivery momentum during the interim period.
Identify, remove, and manage blockers and risks; escalate as needed to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and align with business goals.
Provide technical guidance and participate in engineering discussions and design reviews.
Facilitate handover of knowledge and delivery status to the returning manager at engagement end.
