Job summary

FiSer Consulting is seeking an Insurance Practice Lead to drive transformation, lead client delivery, and shape the future of the Insurance practice from our Amsterdam base. You will own the consulting proposition, guide transformation programs, and mentor the team in a growing practice.

You will expand the client base, act as a trusted advisor to clients at all levels, and represent FiSer as a market thought leader.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Insurance or Pensions industry with leadership in transformation.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end transformation projects in agile environments.
• Strong network in the Dutch Insurance market and ability to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Insurance consulting proposition and guide transformation programs.
• Advise clients and define how FiSer supports the Insurance sector.
• Expand the practice through business development and mentoring the team.
• Represent FiSer as a thought leader and grow brand recognition.
• Lay the foundation for Principal or Partner through leadership.
