Job summary
FiSer Consulting is looking for a Senior Banking Consultant to lead transformation projects for banks and financial institutions. You will structure solutions, manage delivery end-to-end, and mentor junior team members, while collaborating with clients, consultants and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Master's degree (WO) in Business, Economics, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech or consulting.
- Proven leadership of transformation projects, PMOs or implementations.
- Fluent English; Dutch considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead banking transformation projects and workstreams from analysis to implementation.
- Own project scope, planning, timelines, stakeholder management and deliverables.
- Advise on regulatory change, risk, finance, operations and digital transformation.
- Drive change initiatives, process improvements and organisational transformation.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to high-quality delivery.
- Support business development and growth of FiSer's Banking practice.
