Job summary

FiSer Consulting seeks an experienced Programme Manager or Management Consultant to lead complex transformation programmes for insurers and financial services clients in the Netherlands. You will own delivery from planning through implementation, managing senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in a hybrid Amsterdam‑based role.

Fluent Dutch and English are required, with valid Netherlands work authorisation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or consulting.
• Experience leading complex programmes, projects or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programmes and projects within the insurance sector.
• Own programme planning, governance, milestones and dependencies.
• Translate strategic objectives into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide reporting to steering committees.
• Coach consultants and support project teams in delivery.
