Job summary

Sia Partners is seeking a Manager in Insurance in Amsterdam to lead project teams and drive growth across client engagements. You will collaborate with multiple Sia offices and leverage our global network to cross-sell and share knowledge in the Dutch insurance market.

You will contribute to business strategy, regulatory and risk topics, and innovation initiatives while mentoring junior colleagues and delivering high-impact client results.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in (management) consulting.
• Experience delivering change for a top-tier insurance company.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with client and business development focus.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to build expertise quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and deliver project work from Amsterdam or client site.
• Drive growth and improve revenue for clients.
• Produce proposals and client materials.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Collaborate with other Sia offices and share knowledge globally.
• Monitor industry developments and contribute to Sia's brand in the Dutch market.
