Job summary

Sia Partners seeks a Senior Manager in Insurance to join our Amsterdam office or work at client sites across the Netherlands. You will lead project teams, drive growth and revenue, produce proposals, and mentor junior colleagues while leveraging our global network.

The role requires 7–10 years in management consulting, deep insurance knowledge, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for data and AI to help clients seize opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in (management) consulting.
• Experience delivering change to a top-tier insurance company; banking experience is a plus.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with client development focus.
• Interest in data and AI; ability to build expertise quickly.
• Solid understanding of insurance products, processes and insurtech/fintech.
• Strong network within the Dutch insurance market.
• Strong academic background (e.g., business, mathematics, economics).
• Dutch native speaker with English proficiency considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and deliver project work across a range of clients based either from our office in Amsterdam or at client site.
• Driving growth and improving revenue.
• Produce proposals and other client material.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Working closely with other Sia offices and leverage our global network for cross-selling and knowledge sharing.
• Track the latest developments in the financial services industry and contribute to Sia's brand in the Dutch insurance market.
