Job summary

ING's Global Infrastructure team is seeking an Area Lead Infrastructure Product Vision & Value Creation to shape the product vision, guide the organisation, and ensure capabilities are managed as strategic products with clear customer value and roadmaps.

You will lead a global team and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Infrastructure, Strategy & Architecture, Engineering & Reliability, Finance, Risk, HR, and country organisations to drive value delivery and long-term transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define the future direction of Global Infrastructure and ensure strategic investments and transformation initiatives deliver sustainable business value.
• Lead the enterprise-wide vision and long-term strategy for Global Infrastructure, aligning with ING's business ambitions and technology strategy.
• Identify emerging infrastructure, cloud, AI, automation, and platform trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
• Drive the evolution of the Global Infrastructure Target Operating Model, governance, and organisational design for a product-led organisation.
• Define and maintain portfolio principles that support standardisation, lifecycle management, and long-term sustainability.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through strategic options, business cases, and market analysis.
