Job summary

ING Nederland is seeking a Product Manager for IT Asset Management and Information Management. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, working at the intersection of business, technology and security to ensure assets, data and platforms are compliant and effectively delivered.

In a highly collaborative, international PPSS environment, you will lead change initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive value realization through governance structures, risk and regulatory alignment, and

Qualifications

Master’s degree required in Information Management, IT, Business Administration or similar.
8–10+ years of experience in product management and/or change/project delivery in IT environments.
Strong understanding of IT systems, architecture and lifecycle management.
Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).
Knowledge of IT risk, security and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision, roadmap and backlog for IT Asset Management and Information Management.
Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT assets and information management capabilities.
Lead change delivery and implementation management, translating roadmap items into structured plans.
Establish governance, planning and control structures and monitor risk, issues and dependencies.
Drive stakeholder alignment, vendor management and continuous improvement across PPSS governance.
