Job summary

ING seeks a Product Manager for IT Asset Management & Information Management within the Global PPSS setup. You will own the product vision, drive a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with IT custodians, architects and risk/compliance teams to deliver value.

You’ll manage the backlog, balance risk and value, and ensure governance and change delivery across a global context. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology and security, ensuring assets and data are strategically

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Management, IT, Business Administration or similar.
Experience translating regulatory and security priorities into product objectives.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision and multi-year roadmap for IT Asset Management and Information Management.
Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value, risk and technical feasibility.
Lead end-to-end change delivery from design through adoption and stabilisation.
Coordinate governance, planning and control alongside execution teams.
Drive change readiness and stakeholder engagement across global forums.
