Job summary

ING Nederland is seeking a seasoned leader to shape the Global Infrastructure strategy and drive transformation across platforms, cloud services, and operations. You will partner with country teams and executives to deliver measurable value through standardized platforms, governance, and a product-led model.

The role requires a track record of leading large-scale technology transformations in international contexts, and a commitment to collaboration, learning, and delivering customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering teams.
• Ability to drive adoption of standardised platforms across multiple countries.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading senior stakeholder engagement and acting as the primary interface between Global Infrastructure and its consumers.
• Driving adoption, onboarding, and transition programmes that accelerate the move to global platforms and services.
• Orchestrating priorities, dependencies, and escalations across countries and technology domains to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Guiding stakeholders towards standardised solutions that strengthen architectural integrity and reduce fragmentation.
• Overseeing service, contract, and lifecycle governance to ensure transparent, compliant, and scalable service consumption.
• Embedding a product-led operating model across infrastructure services, ensuring platforms are managed through clear customer outcomes, adoption measures, value creation and lifecycle accountability.
• Developing a high-performing global team and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
