Overview
The Content & Channels Manager is a core member of the Internal Communications team. This role shapes and delivers high-quality, consistent, and engaging content across internal channels as Nebius builds the foundations of internal communications in a rapidly growing business. You will own the internal content strategy and channel ecosystem to ensure messaging is clear, timely, and accessible to all employees. You will work closely with the Campaigns & Engagement Manager, Communications Business Partners, and stakeholders across the business to bring stories, updates, and initiatives to life.
From the intranet to newsletters, Slack, email, and digital signage, you will develop editorial planning processes, optimise channel performance, and uphold a clear, consistent internal voice that reflects and reinforces our culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the internal communications channel ecosystem (intranet, newsletters, Slack, email, and other platforms) to ensure they are effective, engaging, and fit for purpose.
- Develop and maintain an internal communications content calendar, coordinating messaging across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
- Create, edit, and curate high-quality content that reflects our tone of voice and brings our culture and strategy to life for employees.
- Establish and uphold content governance standards, ensuring internal communications are accurate, inclusive, well-branded, and accessible to all audiences.
- Continuously assess and optimise the performance of internal channels using analytics, feedback, and insights to drive improvements in reach, engagement, and usability.
- Partner with the Campaigns & Engagement Manager to support the delivery of company-wide campaigns and events across internal platforms.
- Collaborate with Communications Business Partners and stakeholders across the business to support function-specific comms and align with broader messaging.
- Manage relationships with platform vendors and tools, ensuring smooth operations and the introduction of new functionality as needed.
- Help build a best-in-class internal communications function by contributing to foundational processes, tools, and practices as the team grows.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related role, ideally in a global or matrixed organisation.
- Proven experience managing internal communication channels (intranet, Slack, email platforms, newsletters) and driving improvements.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience establishing or scaling communication channels or systems in environments where the function is being formalised or built.
- Ability to develop and implement content plans, manage editorial calendars, and coordinate across teams to deliver timely messaging.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach; comfortable with high-level planning and day-to-day execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; able to align messaging across functions and influence without direct authority.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and a data-informed approach to optimise impact and reach.
- Understanding of tone of voice, branding, and messaging consistency in a corporate setting.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bringing structure where needed.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to use data and feedback to refine communication approaches.
