Lemon Grass in Utrecht is expanding its kitchen team and seeks two Independent Working Chefs I to craft authentic Thai dishes, pass on techniques, and uphold standards.

You will manage helpers, handle inventory, and contribute ideas for new dishes, with a 38-hour week, travel allowance, and a friendly, input-welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• MBO 3 level in culinary arts.
• Stress-resistant, accurate and responsible.
• Passion for cooking with eye for quality.
• Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

Responsibilities
