Lemongrass in Utrecht is seeking two Independent Working Chefs to join their team, where authentic Thai dishes are crafted with fresh ingredients and traditional flavors. The role involves independent preparation, quality assurance, and managing kitchen helpers while maintaining compliance with health regulations.

Applicants should have an MBO 3 qualification, with a passion for cooking and strong attention to detail. The position offers a gross salary between €2,600 and €3,000 per month, a 38-hour working week, travel allowance, and a supportive team environment.

Tasks

• Independently prepare and pass on authentic dishes.
• Guaranteeing quality, taste and presentation according to our standards.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Professionally managing the helpers in the kitchen.
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving and checking ingredients.
