Yangguofu Eindhoven zoekt een gedreven Independent Chef I om het keuken team te versterken en zelfstandig te werken in een dynamische omgeving. Je assisteert bij het bereiden van gerechten en werkt nauw samen met het team om kwaliteit te waarborgen.

Het restaurant bevindt zich aan Nieuwstraat 27, 5611DA Eindhoven. Er is een fulltime aanstelling van 38 uur per week met dag- en avonddiensten, inclusief weekends, en een bruto maandsalaris van 2750–3250.

Qualifications

• Onafhankelijke initiatief en oplossingsgericht handelen.
• Beheersing van de Engelse taal is vereist.

Responsibilities

• Selecteren en voorbereiden van ingrediënten (wassen, snijden, mengen, etc.).
• Uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles op gaarheid, smaak en kleur.
• Zorgen voor constante kwaliteit en hygiëne in de keuken.
• Toezicht houden op keukenhulpen en waar nodig bijsturen.
• Voorraad bijhouden, ingrediënten bestellen en leveringen controleren.
• Dagelijkse schoonmaak van de werkplek, keukenapparatuur en werkstations.
• Technische storingen melden en kleine problemen oplossen.
• Inbreng leveren voor menu-samenstelling en bereidingswijzen.

We are restaurant Yangguofu Eindhoven B.V., looking for a passionate Independent Chef I to strengthen our kitchen team. Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy a dynamic kitchen environment? Then you are a perfect fit for us! You will assist in preparing dishes and work closely with our kitchen team. You can work both independently and as part of a team, and you feel responsible for a clean and organized kitchen. Our restaurant is located at Nieuwstraat 27 5611DA Eindhoven.

Tasks

• Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
• Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
• Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
• Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
• Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods

Requirements

• You take independent initiative and act solution-oriented.
• You work with conviction and dare to take responsibility.
• MBO-3 work and thinking level (If you don't meet the requirements, apply anyway!)
• Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
