Job summary

Vitestro in Utrecht, Netherlands, seeks a Customer Implementation & Optimization Manager to lead the rollout of Aletta in hospitals and ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows.

You will manage workshops, training for clinical staff, and change management on-site while collaborating with commercial teams to optimize workflows and drive long-term patient experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project management in a clinical or lab setting.
• Experience with medical devices, robotics, or capital goods is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from start to finish.
• Write scripts for the Aletta® implementation.
• Provide training sessions for clinical staff.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Guide on-site change management.
• Collaborate with commercial teams for a seamless customer experience.
