Vitestro in Utrecht, Netherlands, seeks a Customer Implementation & Optimization Manager to lead the rollout of Aletta in hospitals and ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows.

You will manage workshops, training for clinical staff, and change management on-site while collaborating with commercial teams to optimize workflows and drive long-term patient experience improvements.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project management in a clinical or lab setting.
• Experience with medical devices, robotics, or capital goods is valued.

As a (customer) implementation & optimization manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Aletta® in hospitals, ensuring a seamless integration into daily routines. You will coordinate all phases of the rollout, from initial workshops to go-live, while also managing change and training staff on the new technology. Your role is crucial in transforming blood collection processes and enhancing patient experiences through innovative solutions.

• Leading customer implementations from start to finish
