Vitestro, based in Utrecht, Netherlands, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist (Field Service Engineer) to deliver and install its Aletta Autonomous Robotic Phlebotomy Device in clinics across the region and beyond.

You will troubleshoot, perform installations, and collaborate with the Customer Success and engineering teams to resolve field issues, travel across the Netherlands and Western Europe, and contribute to documentation and service improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a field service role with complex equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting skills in mechanics, electronics, software/logs, robotics.
• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands and Western Europe.

Responsabilités

• Safely and reliably delivering our medical device to clinics.
• Perform installations, troubleshooting, and systematically resolve malfunctions.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team and engineering stakeholders.
• Solve field problems and identify root causes.
• Improve our service department and documentation.
• Travel throughout the Netherlands and Western Europe for support.
• Support internal equipment maintenance and service.
