Job summary

Magnet.me is looking for a Customer Onboarding & Implementation Specialist who takes ownership of how new customers start with Magnet.me. You’ll guide clients from kickoff to go-live and embed Magnet.me into their recruitment processes.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers, lead online and in-person onboarding sessions, and translate customer needs into scalable onboarding playbooks. Hybrid work with an office in Rotterdam is available.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO or WO degree.
• 1–5 years in a commercial, customer-facing role with onboarding/implementation experience.
• Experience working with B2B customers and leading customer meetings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and analytical approach.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation from kick-off to go-live.
• Prepare tailored demos and implementation plans.
• Help customers embed Magnet.me into their recruitment processes and journey.
• Lead online and in-person onboarding sessions with customer teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management for smooth handover.
• Advise on best practices and translate needs into actions.
• Analyze results to improve processes and playbooks.
• Gather feedback for Product and Commercial teams.
