Job summary

Our client, a growing international software company, is seeking an Implementation & Data Migration Consultant to lead software implementations and support customers from project planning through to training, adoption and ongoing success. This is roughly 80% implementation consulting and 20% data migration work.

Based near Utrecht, the role requires office attendance three days per week with occasional customer travel as projects scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation consulting or equivalent.
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs and data migration concepts.
• Understanding of ETL processes and Oracle databases.
• Exposure to scripting, JSON and YAML.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset.
• Able to be in the office 3 days per week.

Role

We are looking for an Implementation & Data Migration Consultant to lead software implementations and support customers throughout their journey, from project planning and configuration through to training, adoption and ongoing success.

This role is approximately 80% implementation consulting and 20% data migration support. You will work closely with enterprise customers, manage multiple projects, contribute to process improvements and collaborate with product, technical and customer‑facing teams.
