Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant Obesity to lead growth in the southern Netherlands. You will build relationships with opinion leaders, uncover customer needs, and drive Value Based Selling for obesity-focused devices.

You will collaborate with the Oncology sales team, Sales Manager, and Account Manager to maximize impact and ensure optimal resource allocation in a complex healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree medical, para medical, business or comparable.
• Sales experience with a proven track record.
• Residency in southern Netherlands region (preferably central Brabant).
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to manage complexity in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Results-focused with execution excellence.
• Strategic and tactical daily work with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers by building relationships with key opinion leaders who will become promoters of our products and company.
• Identify customer needs and define Value Based Selling projects.
• Work with Sales Manager and Account Manager to ensure final sale of products and services.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and look for new co-creation opportunities.
• Provide training to surgeons, nurses and operating theatre staff; manage backorders and provide added value.
